It can promote the development and proliferation of mammary ducts, but when the dose is large, it can inhibit the release of prolactin from the anterior pituitary and reduce milk secretion. It can also be used for milk recovery. However, there may be nausea, vomiting and excessive endometrial hyperplasia and bleeding. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction. Avoid use on breast, vulva and vaginal mucosa.
